This sandwich prep refrigerator has enough space on its top to hold up to (24) 1/6 size food pans (included) at a time. The 10″ wide cutting board makes it easy to assemble sandwiches quickly in one area, and thanks to its bottom storage section, you can keep extra ingredients nearby for refills at a moment’s notice.

To maintain food safe holding temperatures, this prep table comes with a 1/4 hp compressor that circulates R-134a refrigerant while blowing forced air over the top of your ingredient pans for even chill. The condenser is conveniently located in the back of the table so you can easily service it as needed, and a heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelf lets you make the most of your interior refrigeration area.

The front and top are made of stainless steel, while the end panels, case back, and interior are made of aluminum for long-lasting durability. For excellent temperature retention, the whole unit is insulated with 2″ of polyurethane, and thanks to its 5″ casters, this prep table moves easily when you need to clean your kitchen.
