Great for use in a variety of applications, this prep table gives you space for up to (16) 1/6 size pans and comes with a full top of 4″ deep pans to get you started. Plus, for back-up ingredients and supplies, below the prep top is a refrigerated cabinet where a total of 17 cu. ft. of storage space is available. Two epoxy-coated shelves are included to help keep the interior organized and ingredients easily accessible.
