Ross Company has years of experience as a full service refrigeration company providing restaurants and food service establishments with the best possible refrigeration services around. Years of working with our customers in the restaurant industry has given us front row seats to how important a reliable piece of refrigeration equipment is to a restaurant and how hard to buy new or used refrigeration equipment currently is.

Equipment sales has become less knowledgeable, less about the customer and more about moving volume of equipment in recent years. New equipment has become more about cutting corners and competing with overseas manufactures pricing then actually providing a quality product for the customer. The saying they don’t make it like they used to couldn’t apply more. Fortunately there are still manufactures here in the USA that believe in producing a quality product.

Our customers have asked us regularly over the years where to find good reliable used equipment or to recommend a good new product. Servicing all the different equipment thrown out on the market is frustrating enough, but spending hard earned money on equipment and have it turn out unreliable is not acceptable. Ross Company has decided to pursue selling new and used refrigeration equipment to provide customers with equipment they can trust. We have decided to take the knowledge and skill we have in the service industry and apply that to equipment sales. We know the equipment in and out and here at Ross Company we will not sell a piece of new or used equipment just to sell it. Every piece of used equipment is gone through thoroughly. Before any piece of used equipment is even listed for sale we run the equipment in our facilities, test all system components and hook up to temperature data loggers that provide us with temp graphs of how the equipment is performing. We are the only company that takes the time or effort to do this kind of in depth testing before selling “reconditioned” used equipment.
