This sandwich prep refrigerator has enough space on its top rail to hold up to (12) 1/6 size food pans (included) at a time. It also features a bottom storage section with one heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelf so you can keep extra ingredients nearby for refills at a moment’s notice.
The 10″ deep cutting board makes it easy to assemble sandwiches quickly, and thanks to the insulated lid, you can be sure your ingredients will stay fresh throughout the day. An interior hanging thermometer is also included to help you keep an eye on the cabinet temperature.
The top and front of this unit are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability, and for excellent temperature retention, the whole unit is insulated with 2″ of polyurethane foam. The back is completely enclosed and vented, and it is easily removed for maintenance and modification.
